PowerEdge sc1430 start up runs though the bios and begins booting the SBS 2003 R2 OS it gets to the point of loading the "computer settings" and the fan will spin up fast and then the Server shuts down. I have replaced all the cooling fans on a recommendation and that did not resolve the issue. Checked both hard drives and the one with the OS on it did the same shut down while attached to a different PC. Replaced both HD with 1T drives set up in RAID. Now I can't get the OS loaded and the Server is still having shut down issues. Any Ideas ? ?
