ULNM & Hyper-V

Hi,

We have a Dell PowerEdge 1920W UPS with NMC installed.

Our 2 servers are running Hyper-V - could anyone tell me how to set the UPS/ULNM up so that when the power gets cut, the VM's in Hyper-V are shutdown safely and then the host shutdown after?
