T110 having issues locating HD's

I bought a Dell T110, that came with 1 (250 gb), and 3 (500gb) drives.
It has the PERC 6i Raid Controller, but haven't been able to get any of the drives too be recognized by the system.

The Bios Setting for the RAID  and when I get to the PERC S300 virtual disk management, I have the 0 drive online, and the rest Non-raided.
I'm not familiar with competing the configuration, and can't find any specific help with this RAID Configuration.

My plan is making this a home server running 2012 Essentials or Ubuntu if I can get it past dealing with the BIOS.

ANY HELP would make my day.
