Hi - I have a customer with a PowerEdge T310 running Windows Server 2012 and every so often it will crash with the following error in open manager:-
| | 2085 | Thu Dec 12 04:54:09 2013 | Storage Service | Virtual disk Check Consistency completed: Virtual Disk 1 (NONE) Controller 0 (PERC S100) |
| | 1014 | Thu Dec 12 03:56:56 2013 | Instrumentation Service | System software event: Description: An OEM diagnostic event has occurred. Date and time of action: Sat May 09 10:08:28 1970 | |
| | 1014 | Thu Dec 12 03:56:56 2013 | Instrumentation Service | System software event: Description: A bus fatal error was detected on a component at bus 2 device 0 function 0. Date and time of action: Sat May 09 10:08:28 1970 | |
| | 2058 | Thu Dec 12 03:56:37 2013 | Storage Service | Virtual disk Check Consistency started: Virtual Disk 1 (NONE) Controller 0 (PERC S100) | |
| | 1000 | Thu Dec 12 03:56:32 2013 | Instrumentation Service | Server Administrator starting | |
| | 1012 | Thu Dec 12 03:56:32 2013 | Instrumentation Service | IPMI status Interface: OS | |
| | 1001 | Thu Dec 12 03:56:32 2013 | Instrumentation Service | Server Administrator startup complete | |
| | 1008 | Thu Dec 12 03:56:32 2013 | Instrumentation Service | Systems Management Data Manager Started |
I can't see any pattern to the server crashes and all the hardware checks out in open manager.
Thanks
