So I know from my own research before buying this thing recently that they can be a little quirky but I only needed them for a test lab anyway...
So I picked the this thing with a full load out of 1950 blades the 2 1gb switches, 4 PSU's 2 management cards etc.
Everything is working fine except for the networking. I'm using 4-8 to test out a configuration. I have 4-6 can talk to each other in I/O 1; blades 7-8 can talk to each other on I/O 1. But 4-6 can't talk to 7-8 and vice versa. They are all on the same subnet. I know I have the correct NIC's configured because they have a DHCP address on the other NIC from my production network on I/O 2.
Does anyone have any ideas? I was hoping for a web interface to check the switch configuration or a way to easily hard reset them but I can't find either. I mean these things were used so maybe the switch has some custom config.
