Harddisk creation on iDrac Flash is hanging at 0%. I cannot disable vFlash: RAC0238: vFlash is currently in-use by another process. Try again later. Or reinitialize: RAC0129: An error has occurred while initializing the SD card. RAC0238: vFlash is currently in-use by another process. Try again later.
I would like to use the largest possible fat 16 partition for my ESXi server. VMWare states this can be 4096mb (and should be for using it as scatch partition) But vFlash disks of that size ends up being fat32. (and I cannot reformat that partion in FAT16 under ESXi.
So I was fiddling with the size, removing and adding a disk in order to find out what de maximum size is in vFlash for fat16 is. But I ended up hanging the vflash disk.
I figured out you can go up to 4095 mb though for fat16...What's up next (I'm not close to the server) Removing the sdcard physicly? Will that reset things? Or does a reset iDrac fix this? (that's kinda resolute..)
