Dell PowerEdge R320 hang.

Dear All,

I have one server, Dell PowerEdge R320, running windows server 2008 R2. It is running well but after i used BACS 4 to create network teaming, the server often hangs.

This server always hangs once i ping to this server with -l 1400.

Please help to provide the solution if you have experience with this problem.
