PE2950 - no power lights, won't start - bad PSU?

Hi all,

I have a pe2950 that worked on the bench for quite a while.  I went to go put it in a rack, and the UPS blew a breaker (too much on one UPS).  I moved the 2950 to another UPS and now it won't start.

I put it back on the bench and noticed that while it is plugged in I get nothing - no POST, no fans, no LED lights - nothing.  I check the lights on the back of the power supplies and am not getting lights on either of them.  I swapped out the CPUs, ram etc - still nothing.

I do not have another 2950 to test with.  I believe that the power supplies might be dead, but have no way to verify. 

Before I start ordering things, is the "lights out" on the power supplies an indicator that they might be dead?  Or could it be a motherboard etc?

This is a server that ran for days on the bench, but suddenly is doing nothing.
