We have a new Dell T420 that arrived yesterday, we immediately noticed a harmonic noise and small vibration on the side panel. If we pull the 3 15K drives the
vibration and noise disappears. We have another T420 in the office with 7200rpm drives that does not make the same noise or vibration. Can someone in the
community with a T420 with 15K drives confirm if the side panel has a small vibration and if the box gives off a harmonic noise?
