PCI Slots enumeration on Dell servers

Hey Guys,

I'm working with Dell PowerEdge R730 and see in the back of the server 7 PCI slots numbered 1-7.

I try to map my PCI devices to the slot they are attached to. 

lspci command gives physical slot 9, although this slot doesn't exist.

In other HP server mapping is ok under lspci.

Any idea what might be the reason for that? any workaround?
