Still need to get info on getting 2 network connections to M1000e for iSCSi

Have an M1000e which I have no experience at all with (bought by a project).  This is how the chassis is populated in

the back:

A1 - Ethernet pass thru

B1 - M6220 Switch

BAY 1
Stacking or 10GB uplink module
BAY 2
10GB Uplink Module

C1 - Vacant
A2 - Vacant
B2 - M6220 Switch

BAY 1
Stacking or 10GB uplink module
BAY 2
10GB Uplink Module

C2 - Vacant

The ethernet passthrough gives me one ethernet connection but I need a second for iSCSI that will go to a ESXi server blade in the chassis.

Can anyone point me to configuration information that could help? Again, I need lots of information. I have no experience with blade servers

or Dell switches. So the question is how can I (or CAN I) get a port off of one of the switches and assign it to a blade? I don't know how this

ahssis works. I know about the different fabrics but how this switch interfaces with the chassis I am not sure.

HELP!
