PowerEdge C6100 motherboard replacement

Hi,

I own two XS23-TY C6100s running L5639 and L5640 CPUs.

I cannot locate details of C6100 motherboard part numbers.

Could someone advise if the following motherboards would be suitable replacement?

Any data sheets on the following motherboards would be greatly appreciated.

1. Dell PowerEdge C6100 Motherboard 0YG5J5 YG5J5 (I purchased 3 of these already)
2. Dell XS23-TY3 0D61XP motherboard
3. Dell D61XP PowerEdge C6100 Motherboard K20HR
4. C6100 XS23-TY3 NODE MOTHERBOARD GXX41
