dell c6100 xs23-ty3 - problem with one of the nodes

Hello,

I have this server dell c6100 xs23-ty3 and yesterday one of the nodes shut off, now I can power it back on and it starts to boot then shuts off again.

It's odd because the second node on the same psu runs fine, if any one can suggest anything to trouble shoot?

There is no error messages or codes, it simply shuts off and I can't power it back on for a while.
