I've got a server that has a fresh install of 2012R2 and after about 36 hours of operation will slow down to the point where logging into the server to get to the desktop might take over an hour. I've updated all of the firmware and BIOS prior to the OS installation, I've run a DSET and didn't get anything real conclusive. The only errors that I see are when the server comes back up after a reboot when it is running so slow I have streams of the following errors:
Controller event log: PD 04(e0x20/s4) is not a certified drive: Controller 0 (PERC 6/i Integrated)
I've also got some DCOM errors that I'm tracking down but I want to know if the controller errors could have anything to do with the performance problems on the server. I can post my Controller log that I pulled from the Perc6i if that helps.
