R610 won't apply two updates

I have an R610 that installed a bunch of the updates via OME but it has tow that won't install.  One is the iDrac (1.97 -> 1.98) and one is the Lifecycle Controller (1.3.0.350 -> 1.6.5.12).

I downloaded both of the manual install files from Support.Dell and tried to install them that way and they both still fail.

LifeCycle Controller gives an error stating:
Exception Status: Update Failure: Secure Copy Failure - The Secure copy function has failed

The iDrac update crashes with:
bmcfwuw.exe has stopped working. and the program just crashes.

Any suggestions would be great.
