Picking the right SSD's for Power Edge R710

Hello,

We have a PE R710 as a Virtual Host. One of our VM's demands high Read/Write. Our R710 has 6 drive bays which 2 are used for the OS. The R710 has a Perc 6/i.

I would like to use the other 4 bays for SSD RAID.

I need fault tolerance, but good read and write speed also.

I need 1TB of available space.

Which SSD's would you recommend, how big should the drives be and what RAID level should I go with?
