PowerEdge 2950 error: RAC initialization failed.

Hi there, hoping someone's seen this before. I have a PowerEdge 2950 server. Multiple drives in a RAID 5 config. Drive 0 died (amber flashing light) after a nasty power outage. The HDs were all 75g SAS drives and were no longer available from Dell, so I used a Dell 300GB. The array rebuilt automatically, thankfully, and Windows booted up OK. I then did a BIOS update to 2.7, which completed OK and rebooted the system.

But then I got an error: Baseboard Management Controller Communication Failure. No loader.

Fortunately the server still booted to Windows, so I was able to download the latest Dell BMC Firmware 2.5, which got rid of that error. It also reset the error indicator on the front LCD to blue, so that was good.

Following that reboot, however, I have *another* new error and I'm trying to find the appropriate driver that (I hope) will solve this problem: Upon bootup, I get the following:

Remote Access Controller detected

!!*** Error: Remote Access Controller initialization failure ***

RAC virtual USB devices may not be available...

Is this another driver update, or is it possible that the BMC Firmware would have reset drac settings? I'll check the DRAC in a bit as Windows is back up and running and I'm trying to minimize downtime here.

Thanks for any help!
