R620 iDRAC - no more sessions available for this type of connection

Tried logging into the iDRAC on four of our PowerEdge R620s through the web interface and got the message that we had reached maximum logins.  I know I was the only one logged in.  I SSHd into the servers and on one I was able to use "racadm racreset" on the command line and reset the server.

However the other three all give the message "no more sessions available for this type of connection" upon login.  No way to enter any commands.  I looked around the internet and from what I can see it's a firmware issue and the only way to fix it is to power off and unplug the server.  These machines are at two different data centers out of state.  Before we send people there, I'd like to make sure powering the servers off will reset the iDRAC.  We will also be updating the firmware once we have recovered the machines.  Anyone else have this experience and what was your outcome?  Any suggestions?  Thanks!
