PERC S300 freezes when booting Server T110 II

Hi all,

I've been dealing with this issue lately.

I have a RAID 1 configured with two 1TB HDDs on a PE T110 II Server with Perc S300 card and most of the times (8/10 times) when starting up or rebooting the Server, it freezes right at the S300 screen when showing the CTRL+R to configure legend and a "/" clocking.

To fix it I have to do a hard shutdown, disconnect the AC power, wait for at least 30 seconds and reconnect.

I already updated BIOS to V 2.8, and the PERC S300 drivers to the latest version as follows:

I verified on the OpenManage that the card has no issues, nor the physical disks or the virtual disk. Also, I removed the S300 Card, cleaned the port, changed the array to the other slot, but nothing.

Any suggestions? Could it be a hardware issue even that there is no failure detected in the OpenManage? Btw, I ran the DSET report too but no signs of a card failure.
