Stack of 1950's to 1955 blades

Currently I'm running a stack of 5x 1950's with 32gb ram each as vm cluster, with a 2950 2.5" edition running 2x73gb sas drives in raid1 for os, 6x240gb intel 520 ssd's in raid5 for storage. I was thinking their dual 670w psu's, I'd be better off power-wise, plus I'd get the abilities of 5 more systems in effectively the same rack space.

The issues that hold me back right now are the cpu's. Currently my systems are running dual xeon e5420's, where-as the new systems only accept up to 5300 series xeons. Also, I'd have to effectively run a dryer outlet to my server room. This is very do-able, as I'm in the process of finishing my basement and custom building my server room. I just installed a dedicated 20a breaker and ran wires, so a 30a 240v won't be a problem.

The other question is how to access the systems. With a digital kvm card, what do you connect on the other end. I know a digital kvm but i would like an example, so I have something to reference. I've been looking at all the pdf's i can find on the machine, about the mini breakout cables, and so on. I also read something about a web view, where i just key in the web address for the idrac system.
