Installing 16 GB RAM Modules

Hello,

Is there a way to have a PER710 (2 CPU) with 160 GB of RAM configured?

I have 10 x 16 GB 2Rx4 RAM modules but I'm not being able to install a valid configuration.

can you please help me with a valid configuration/installation?
