Monitoring Physical Drives Dell ESX Servers

Hi,

We use N-Able to monitor the hardware of our Dell ESX servers. We have a Dell PowerEdge T320 installed with ESX 5.5. N-Able uses the ESX MOB (Managed Object Browser) to request the health of the storage. But the page is empty. N-Able uses this URL:

https://SERVERNAME/mob/?moid=ha-host&doPath=runtime.healthSystemRuntime.hardwareStatusInfo.storageStatusInfo

I've tried to install the Dell OpenManageServer Administrator vSphere Installation Bundle (VIB) for ESXi 5.5, V7.4. But unfortunately it's still not possible to request the state of the Physical Drives.

We've the same issue at several other Dell servers.
