Best/easiest way to update BIOS on 2950 Revision II?

I'm using this PE 2950 as an ESXi host currently.  I'm pretty sure this thing is running BIOS v1.2.0.  I'd like to update both the BIOS and the EMS.

What would be the best and easiest way to perform these updates?  Are there any other recommended drivers/firmwares I should look in to for it?  Again, this is an ESXi host, it's not running an OS.

Also, a bit off topic, but is there a way to adjust fan speed?
