F1 or F2 on startup for PE 2650

Greetings,

I have a PE 2650 that gets to the POST of Embedded Remote Access Controller and stops for the choice of pressing F1 or F2.  I don't want it to do that and not start to Windows 2008.

Searching this problem brought suggestions of upgrading the BIOS, EMS firmware, etc.  The drivers I found on the Dell site did not install.  The BIOS is the latest version, anyway.

Any ideas of how to fix this problem so the server restarts in case of a power outage and does not just site there waiting for the F1 to be pressed to continue?
