Which iDRAC is shipped on refurbed poweredges?

Hi folks,

I'm looking at refurbs but can't figure out if any of them ship with iDRAC Enterprise.  Is there a way to tell?  Is it possible to get the service tag/detailed hardware config before ordering/shipping?
