We are having trouble with finding spare parts for Dell Poweredge Servers in Turkey. I have needed Sliding rail kits for R720 but i could not find it anywhere so i had to purchase it from ebay (USA). The price for shipping was more than the price of the items. More importantly i had to wait for the parts up to 2-4 weeks.
I need x16 backplane and x8 enclosure for R820 server and again i can not find it anywhere even in America. So can anyone help me out with this trouble.
Any help would be appreciated.
