Dell R720 and non-Dell QLE2460 slow boot

I have an x-file :-)

Scenario: 3 twins Dell R720. 2 of them have a Dell QLE2462 and 1 have 2 non-Dell QLE2460 (these are old HBAs). The HBAs have the same config but different firmware.

The 2 servers with the new QLE2462 take about 5/6 minutes to boot, but the server with the old QLE2460 take about 40/45 minutes to boot. It freeze at "initializing firmware interfaces..." and later at "Disconnecting UEFI drivers". This server shows the Qlogic versions but the other two no.

The problem could be the non-Dell HBA? Or the old firmware?
