clean install of a W2K server with Raid1

Hi

I have a PowerEdge 400SC with Raid 1 installed. I would like to do a clean install.

I read somewhere that I can delete the existing raid config at the CERC controller and then install on it (not sure what it means actually). If I do a clean install, do I need to reinstall the DELL CERC driver first, then install the OS. Or is there a step by step manual I can read up? First time, doing this on a server, so, not sure about how to go about it.
