We are trying to deploy VMware ESXi on the new DELL VRTX shared infrastructure platform and are running into some problems with the shared storage setup. No matter what I try I cannot get the blade servers to recognize any shared storage.
I have gone over every single BIOS & iDRAC setting that exists, everything seems proper. In addition to trying VMware, I have also tried to attach a virtual disk to see if I can install Windows through the OS Deploy within the Lifecycle Controller. The OS deploy won't even start as it complains there is no RAID controller or disk available to install to.
I also have an error message under the blade server iDRAC storage settings.
DELL support didn't seem to have any ideas after spending a few hours with them this morning. I have attached relevant screenshots as well, hopefully someone has an idea?
