Hello everyone,

I have two T710s in our lab right now running the following configuration for a total of 24GB:

Slot A1 - 4GB 2Rx8 PC3-10600R 1333-ECC
Slot A4 - 4GB 2Rx8 PC3-10600R 1333-ECC
Slot A7 - [Empty]
Slot A2 - 4GB 2Rx8 PC3-10600R 1333-ECC

Slot A5 - 4GB 2Rx8 PC3-10600R 1333-ECC

Slot A8 - [Empty]

Slot A3 - 4GB 2Rx8 PC3-10600R 1333-ECC

Slot A6 - 4GB 2Rx8 PC3-10600R 1333-ECC

Slot A9 - [Empty]

We just bought a 12GB kit with 3-4GB DDR3-1333 1.35v DR x 8 VLP RDIMM 240p Kit that was suggested via Crucial. We then added them to the open slots, A7, A8 and A9 according the the diagram shown on the inside panel of the server: Memory Opimized or Sparing1, Sequence: (1,2,3) (4,5,6) (7,8,9). We are getting the following errors during :

MEMBIST failure - The following DIMM has been disabled by BIOS: DIMM A3

MEMBIST failure - The following DIMM has been disabled by BIOS: DIMM A6

MEMBIST failure - The following DIMM has been disabled by BIOS: DIMM A9

We had also got another error though I cannot find out how I got to it but it was:

Message PR11: Part Replacement license is not present, replacement action(s) will not be performed

Anyone have any ideas?
