Max Power on PCIe16x on T620 and T630

Hi.

Could someone send me link to document where I can find information about max power on PCIe ports in PowerEdge T620 and T630 ? 

I want to use HBA card that consume 75W, and i wonder if that servers can hold that power consumtion. I read on some pages that PCIe 16x have 75W but in bios you must check that is High Power Device, but i can't find that option in dell bios.

I have another question, in T630 i find cable witch 3x Sata Power coming out of backplane, can someone tell mi if i can use that ports and Sata to 8 pin adapter, and connect that HBA 75W card.
