PE2950 Gen III BMC

I am getting a Baseboard Communication Failure during boot.

I have tried suing the WIN BMC update package from the DELL support site and with no success, I have tried using the repository manager.  I have tried unplugging all the cards and drives and draining the flea power.

I am at the point where I might need to concede that the BMC is a brick

I used the DOS run BMC Flash updater from a USB driver and here is the log of that operation

So this is the final search for some obscure remedy to see if I can fix this error

Any ideas or suggestions.
