Brand new computer with windows 10 OS. the sign in page had a script error but I signed in anyway got a message that my password was wrong, asked for password reset, did that and now It says it is unable to connect me. I am baffled. I got an email from Dell to reset the password. It also says in messages on the sign up page that if I cannot get the password right in 6 tries I will be locked out.
I am baffled. I need help
