sorry to barge in on such an old post if its the wrong area please let me know. i currently have a dell poweredge 2900. im new to a server/workstation. i have windows 10 32bit home installed on it currently. i had thought with the 2 cpu's it would handle my gaming easier but its proving to be ineffective when i try to game.

processor intel xeon e5405 @2.00GHz x2

installed ram is 12 gb (2.74GB usable)

32 bit operating system x64 based processor

now is there a way to make my computer use all 12 gb of ram this seems improper. also i have no clue how to find specific versions of firmware and such drivers so my second question is there a way to do a system update that would check all of that?
