I have a PowerEdge T100 Server when it shutdown and I went to restart I received a flashing amber light, the fan cut on for one second and then cut off. I tested the power supply and found that when the 12V power connector is disconnected the power supply test ok and the system boots up yet the fan cooling fan constantly runs, but once I reseat to motherboard it does not boot up at all. What can I do?
