I've tried two different video cards in my T310 and I am experiencing the same issue with both. With a graphics card in, the server boots OK and I can see it POST and go into the BIOS just fine. When it tries to load the OS it crashes and reboots. It doesn't even get to the Windows loading screen. I tried a Windows 7 and Windows 10 installation disc and it does the same thing. Any ideas for the cause?
