Hi,
We have an urgent problem. One of our servers suddenly powered off and now cannot be turned on. It's an r620 and we noticed now that it was out of warranty. We have tried to do the flea drain method by pulling the power cords and holding the power button for 30 secs but even after that the server cannot be powered on. Anyone have any ideas on how to fix this? Is BP1 refering to the backplane?
These are the error messages:
The system board fail-safe voltage is outside of range.
The system board BP1 5V PG voltage is outside of range.
