Hi,
I'm not sure if I've missed something obvious, I've got an Dell R730xd that I want to check and (if necessary) update the firmware on.
Looking on the Dell website, I can't seem to find a way to check this from within Windows (other than checking each component manually on the website), it would appear the way to do this is:
1. Reboot into Dell Lifecycle Manager
2. Check and Update
3. Reboot into Windows
Is this right, it seems weird to force a system reboot just to check if there are any applicable updates?
Regards,
Chris
