'Ghost' PSU detected, causing PSU mismatch error

Hi,

I've encountered a strange error on 24 of my C6220 servers. All of them are alerting to a PSU Mismatch error, but upon investigation, they all show a 3rd PSU which does not exist. Here is a photo of the error:
