Howdy,
I know I found info on this a couple weeks ago but can't find it today. We have some various D430s, R620s, etc. They all have four 1 gig NIC ports on the back. Is there a way to tell which NIC within Windows corresponds to which physical port on the back of the server?
I know I saw something about checking the NIC properties in Windows and looking for Bus 0 , Slot 0 type info but I don't recall the specifics. Can anyone help?
It's at a remote datacenter so I can't just go unplug something and see what turns off like I normally would.
Thanks!
