Dell PowerEdge 1920W UPS Network Management Card

Hi,

We have recently bought a PE 1920W rack mount UPS and have installed the network management card however I cannot seem to access the this via the Dell software or through the COM port.

I have both network cables plugged in, one going to the COM port on my desktop from the settings port on the UPS and the other into a switch. When I use Putty or similar, nothing loads, just a blank screen.

Has anybody come across this before or am I doing something wrong?
