R300 "Strike the F1 key to continue, F2 to run the setup utility" message

I have an R300 with a recently changed Motherboard. I updated the Firmware after the replacement. However, every time the server boots, it stops after the DRAC setup prompt with the above message.

The server did not stop during boots before the mobo repl./fw update and nor do my other R300s stop during boot.

Note that the mobo was replaced by a 3rd Party; the server now being out of warranty.

The server boots just fine after hitting F1.
I cannot find anything in BIOS or DRAC setup that would appear to cause the stop.

Another strange thing is that the FW update claimed to update the NICs (both NetXtreme BCM5722 Gigabit Ethernet PCI Express) from 3.08.0 to 7.4.8, yet a post FW Update inventory_firmware reports version 6.2.16 and update_firmware still says that it can update to 7.4.8.

OS is Oracle Ent. Linux 5.4, with OMSA 6.5.0 installed

Any suggestions? It's not a massive pain; the servers are hardly ever rebooted, but....

Here are a few messages leading up to the stop:
