I have a Talon DVR (spec sheet attached) installed in my bar and 32 cameras. I would like to increase my recording storage capacity considerably. I am using WD Purple WD60PURX 6TB Sata hard drives. I would like to increase my storage capacity to hold one year of footage. So, I would like to run 15-20 drives. They do not need to be in a Raid or JBOD configuration, the Talon will just move on to the next drive with free space and cycle record over the oldest drive.
To save money, I'd like to pick up a used drive rack but need a little nudge in the right direction as to what I will be able to use.
