Dell T320 IPMI / lifecycle

I just purchased a Dell T320 server.

The following errors come up during boot:

1. 'Warning: Attach Partition IPMI command failed. Retrying for 6 times…

Initializing firmware interfaces…

Initialization complete.

Failed to load Lifecycle Controller firmware volume.'

- Looks like this error has gone away on a 2^nd reboot

2. 'Boot Failed: PLDS DVD-ROM DH-16D6SH'

'Boot Failed: Windows Boot Manager'

- I have no dvd in the drive so I suppose that error is normal. What about the windows boot manager error? Is that one normal?

I did the following before the above two errors came up

1. Reset idrac7 enterprise to factory defaults
2. Wiped dell pre-loaded windows server 2012 and installed esxi 5.1
