R720 and PCIe power capability

Hello all,

I need to know if the PCIe slots on the Dell R720 (12 gen) are 75W capable.  I am installing FusionIO Duo cards and although I have the Supported Slot Matrix, it isn't making much sense from an electrical point of view.  I can see that the Fusion card needs to be in slots 4-7 for physical reasons, but the FusionIO Duo I have, has a 55W power requirement.

I need to know if I can turn on PCIe extended power or need the external power connector.
