PowerEdge 300/800 Server Blue Screen Error

I am a NOVICE at this and just tinker with machines here and there. My problem started when my CPU cooling fan in my old PowerEdge 300 started sounding like an airplane engine. I opened the case and moved the green housing over fan and saw plastic was loose.

Now when I go to start server, it hangs up on a DELL screen. Before doing this the Windows Server 2003 splash page appears followed by a blue screen that disppears.

From reading this forum, I understand the blue screen is showing my errors. But how can I stop it to read the error codes? Can I download a DELL resource CD to resolve my issue? or do I need to flash the BIOS to get past this point?

I have tried hitting F10 but it tells me I do not have a Utility Partition. Please help. This machine is so old, Tech Support laughed at me for even trying to get it fixed.
