I'm troubleshooting an intermittent reboot of a T310 server. I would like to remove the Perc H200 controller from the system to further rule out various pieces of hardware. However, when I pull the card from the system, it will no longer power up. I'm not sure if the external power to the card needs to be plugged in elsewhere on the motherboard (I don't see any extras connections for it.)
Am I missing something obvious here?
