ReadyRails rails to deep

OK I don't have a PowerEdge but figured this would be the appropriate place for this.  Apologies if not.

I have a Dell Precision R5500 rack mount workstation/server.  Using the ReadyRails in a 39" depth rack.  With the rails mounted the way the vertical mounting brackets are (the square hole rails things screw into), the Precision with cover on comes about 3" away from the front door which is perfect for front airflow coming in from the bottom.  The back has a couple inches.  With the cable management arm it sticks out 2 - 3 inches beyond the back of the case.  It's nuts considering the whole computer is 31" deep.  Guessing it's the way the cable management extends beyond the back of the computer and the arm attaches beyond that, but is there a way to have this fit in the back without having the computer sit a centimeter from the front door glass?  Something on the arm I can adjust, adapt?  Hate to have to take everything out of the rack and move the vertical rails forward for this.

Thoughts?
