Location Value not populating

Hi,

On one of our R820's running Red Hat release 6.7, with OMSA 7.3,
 we cannot get the location when running OMReport System Summary. It returns

System Location   :Please set the value

But from the Drac, we can see that the location field is set on the summary page.

So where else does the location value need to be set in order for OMSA to pick it up?

(We also tried via snmp and it returns a blank value).
