TPM Driver Updates?

I have a T620 that is getting these errors:

Event ID: 14

"The device driver for the Trusted Platform Module (TPM) encountered a non-recoverable error in the TPM hardware, which prevents TPM services (such as data encryption) from being used. For further help, please contact the computer manufacturer."

I've check the driver downloads and don't see anything regard updating the TPM - is it in the BIOS? (which is up to date)

I've suspended bitlocker so the machine won't crash.
